Fredericksburg Hair Salon Policies & BookingWe understand life happens, and we do our best to accommodate when we can.
- Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. If you reschedule at that time, a 25% rebooking fee is required.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule to keep our team on schedule.
All new clients seeking chemical or extension services require a 15-minute consultation prior to booking. We also recommend consultations for Smoothing Treatments and specialty color.
Additionally, any existing client who has not received a chemical service at our salon within the last year is required to have a consultation before rebooking.
To comply with OSHA regulations, we are unable to perform services using outside shampoos, conditioners, or chemicals. We must have Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on file for every product used, so we only use professional products provided by our authorized manufacturers.
All products used during your visit are professionally vetted to guarantee the highest standard of safety and results.
Products that are unopened may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. You may exchange product for product of an equal value, or receive an account credit to be used on future retail purchases only (Credit may not be used on hair services).
Due to health concerns we are unable to return open/used items.
Hair Extensions, hair appliances, hair accessories, skin care, sale items, and seasonal items (ex: holiday gift sets) are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or account credit.
